Comment :
Good blend of microbiology and botany. There is one written assignment and two midterms. The professor does not post notes but talks slow enough to catch everything. The course has a very logical flow starting with general principles and working up to very unique and interesting material. Would recommend the course as a good introduction to plant-microbe interactions.

Dr. Goodwin is an amazing prof that weaves some really interesting historical trivia in as it relates to the course material, which is also entirely fascinating. His methods are retro but tried and true. Memorable lectures.
