This is the most difficult course ever!!!! I have no idea of what to do!!!!!!!!! But the professor is the most helpful professor I have ever seen!!!!!!! A great course overall, definitely recommend an elective for other majors (other than nutrition students)

Prof. Darlington is an excellent lecturer and explains the material very well. Do all the assignments and read over your notes, and you can do very well on the exams.

great professor!!! she keeps the information easy to learn even though the content is harder than 2080, weekly assignments like 2080 and the text is the same from 2080. not a bad course considering it was mandatory
