If you love digging in the dirt, this course is for you. It covers the fundamentals of soil. I admit, it caught me off-guard. There are physics and chemistry elements in this course so prepare to learn at that capacity. Other than that, I truly enjoyed and learned a lot in this course and just wish I had more time to read the textbook There\'s more to learn in the textbook if you like a more in-depth study.

Pretty easy course if taken online. Exam was a breeze and assignments/quizzes were a bit tricky, but if you had it online and textbook open it was simple. Some desire or interest in the course is recommended if you are going to take it, not a course taken as an elective in my opinion.

DO NOT take this course unless you have some chemistry background. Soil science is harder than one would think, I got make ass kicked by a course on dirt...

This was a good course that gave a basic understanding of everything you could ever think related to soil. The midterms were harder than expected but this could all depend on the prof.
