This course is an introduction to contemporary sculptural concerns through projects and readings. Students will be actively engaged in exploring a variety of materials and ideas including modular construction, casting, and scale exercises.

I found this to be a very fun, exciting, and informative course. It was pretty intense as far as some of the projects go, but well worth the effort. I learned a lot about the art world, and the kind of language best used to talk about art. Definitely recommend for anyone interested.
