EQN * 1100 – Introduction to Equine Industry Trends and Issues F (3-0) [0.50]

This course introduces students to selected current global, national and regional issues in the horse industry. A balanced examination of the various commercial uses of horses, including PMU farming and the horsemeat trade, will challenge students to evaluate the current state of the industry.

This course and its future courses Part 1 & 2, are very exciting and interesting courses to take. They get you to think actively about what are currently issues in the industry and take an active part in sharing ideas and opinions. This course is also very relient on what is occuring from year to year, but overall is good course.
