SART * 1050 – Integrated 2-D Media F,W (0-6) [0.50]

This course is a studio-based investigation into the fundamental concepts, principles and elements of two-dimensional visual structure and expression. Assigned projects, in-class exercises, slides, lectures and critiques will introduce the student to aspects of both traditional and contemporary practice.

Comment :
This is the basic course for drawing / painting / print-making / performance art. This course helped me gain a basic knowledge of the four areas. This course helped me develop a portfolio that I will be using for other courses and jobs in the future. This course is a tough marking course since the assignments are being marked by a group of professors (this is to ensure that all of the marks are fair and even throughout the different sections).
