Safdar was great and I found this course really interesting, especially the lectures. The readings weren't my favourite but they weren't that bad. This isn't an easy class but if you listen in lecture and read (not just skim) the textbook, you can get a 90 or close to it.

Very interesting. You can get a good mark as long as you do all the readings. Her lectures were really interesting, according to my friends. I took the course online and it was pretty easy. The online quizzes were pretty simple if you did the readings. The information is also very relevant to most peoples lives so I doubt you will regret taking it.

Great class! Very interesting if you like cultural stuff. Most of the things you learn in class can really apply to daily life situations. The prof is awesome. We having in-class quizzes (kinda easy if you pay attention in class), 2 midterms, a couple reading quizzes, and a final.

I had Betty Onyura as a prof for this course, and she was an amazing lecturer. She covered all the important information, made it easy to pick up on in lecture, and injected her classes with the occassional and timely dose of humour and wit. In terms of course materials, I found that PSYC 2310 is definitely one of the easier of the 6 2nd year Core Psych courses. It is a lot of reading, but the textbook is quite strong and gets you to where you need to go; lectures compliment and expand upon the textbook theory. Overall, I found this to be a highly enjoyable course, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is either required to take it, or those who think they might be interested in the topics covered in-course. 87/100

Prof Safdar is awesome! She engages you by showing videos in her lectures sometimes. She basically covers material that are in the textbooks with her slides. But it makes it easier for you to know which questions she will put on the exams. The participation with the clicker component is easy 15% because she takes off your 3 worst marks for answering the clicker questions in class.
