Comment :
Worst set of notes I've seen in my entire undergrad. There's a LOT of content and no textbook - you have to make your own notes or you won't understand anything! Once you understand it though, the material's very interesting :) The prof, although a pretty loud and clear speaker, interrupts herself with a billion um's and uh's, making it very distracting (at least for me). Midterm: Wasn't too hard Final: You can bring cheat sheets! So use them well!

(W12) As far as I know Marie is filling in for the regular prof but whoever the normal prof is will have a difficult time following her act because she does a great job teaching it. Shes young and understands what its like to be in undergrad, posts AMAZING lecture slides. Topics like Lactose Intol., Celiac Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, things like that. If you enjoyed fundamentals/3210 and like nutrition/metabolism then definitely take this course. just midterm and final. Class avg for midterm came out to be like 75%. Gotta follow along and put in the work though because content load is quite high, but no textbook! Can't say enough about the prof either, she should be a permanent prof

You are forced to buy a terrible set of notes - make your own! Good practice exams included though, really helps you prepare for the questions asked.
