Overall I enjoyed this course, the midterm and final were both fair and relatively easy. If you study the lecture slides really well and know key concepts its not hard to do well in this class!

Comment :
Brennan Smith taught us in F12 semester, was one of the most enjoyable lectures Ive had, up there with orbax and biocehm. Midterm and final, 40/60 split, very fair. Found material very interesting, basically taught us the concepts but also showed the studies that proved them, he knows the material very well and is very interested in it which makes for a great lecture. if brennan smith is teaching it again and you think the material will interest you definately take it, class averages were very high for the midterm and probably for the final.

it depends who is teaching this course... When i took it it was essential split into diabetes nutrition and cancer nutrition. We did not really learn much about exercise or metabolic pathways. It is not hard to get a good mark in this course, but i wish it had been more practical information like what/how to eat while training.
