Material is easy to understand, prof explains everything very well...but the midterm is really tricky. Have to understand concepts very well to not be mistaken on the multiple choice. You'll notice a lot of a) b) c) a and b) a and c) all of the above) options which I found a bit frustrating.

Really enjoyed this course, Allison did a great job teaching it. Her notes were good, fill in the blanks. Lecture can get boring just sitting there filling in blanks though. If you enjoyed fundamentals then look into this class, its all the vitamins and minerals with much review from Fundamentals. Then the second half is phytochemicals. Pay attention, follow along can get 80%+. No textbook or labs either!

The second prof (Gen Newton) was absolutely terrible. She spoke at about a zillion words a second and it was very hard to keep up. Her lecture slides are so vague and she expects everyone to already have vast knowledge of nutrition. The first prof (Robinson), on the other hand, was wonderful. Made it equal for everyone to do well. Provided you with all the information you needed for her test. That's how it's done, Newton should take note.

Robinson was a great teacher! Material is very interesting, and applicable. Tests are fair, but you must study in advance because there is a LOT of material covered.

Great class, no lab is very nice. Both profs were good, easy to listen to and posted nice notes. Not a hard class, keep up and follow along and you will do fine.

Lindsey Robinson is an amazing teacher. The material is straight forward and it is very easy so to get a good mark in. Plus there is no lab, perfect!

Hated this class. I found it really difficult to synthesize the material and make it streamlined. The final lowered my mark, and it wasn't very high to begin with.
