This course provides an overview of business by reviewing and discussing key issues (such as business ethics and globalization), key business functions (such as finance, human resources, operations management and marketing), and the components of a business plan. Weekly lectures are supplemented by discussions of business cases and hand-in assignments designed to introduce students to basic business skills (such as business math and decision-making).
