Comment :
This is a course few would dare to take (at least for a biology student like me). It's heavy on the statistics side (i.e. application of statistical software such as R program, and ASReml to analyze breeding techniques in livestock; bovine species in particular). Professor is newly appointed, but very helpful and lenient as well. Absolutely recommended course, if you're interested in finding out how modern technology is utilized to improve animal genetics.
