Comment :
This course is very straightforward and easy. If you have taken IPS 1510, everything pre midterm 1 is basically review. Also Garvie does a great job teaching the material, his notes are very well written. Anyone even remotely considering in a Science Major should take this course, required or not.

Liked the course. Pretty straight forward. Only 2 midterms and a final. Do the practice midterms he posts and you're all set for the midterms! Do homework problems if you need more practice.

I really liked this course; really straight-forward material and if you do the practice problems, you'll do well. There are a couple proof questions in the course, but most of them are pretty intuitive.
