I absolutely loved this class. Dr. Jadeski gets mixed reviews from people, but I thought she kept the class interesting! I was fortunate to have a great lab group, most of us became good friends through the class.

Main reason i didnt like HK3401 because Dr. Jadeski was awful. What some call a bubbly personality is a confused, scattered, and joking prof who clearly knows her stuff but delivers it in a terrible way with bad lectures and even worse lecture notes. Her testing was confusing in the sense that questions were hidden in abstract word vomit and vague diagrams. Even worse, the midterm did not have how many marks each question was worth Buy two textbooks, consult the lecture schedule, learn yourself, go to labs and you'll do fine.

Great, friendly prof and TAs. Lectures can be a bit disorganized, but the labs are really interesting. Good dissections take a lot of work in extra hours so consider prosection instead. Possible to do really well if you stay on top of the material!
