I really recommend this course for anybody who wants to possibly for into reclamation or earth sciences. The content is very useful and Gary Parkins teaches it very well! There are no labs, just 2 midterms and a final. If you go to lectures and attempt the assignment then you can pass the course with a good grade. The coarse load isn't too much.

This course was pretty simplistic. There were no assignments to hand in so it didn't demand huge time requirements and the concepts were fairly straight-forward. The pace of the course was perfect and more time was spent on the more important or more difficult topics.
