Through lectures students will be exposed to the historic and contemporary approached used in the planning design of urban open space. Lectures and case studies will present a broad range of solutions which will be evaluated against appropriate criteria. Studio experience will expose the student to the process of planning and design. Projects will allow students to apply their theoretical and technical knowledge to contemporary issues.
