Comment :
Do not take this course if you don't have to. Dr. R was very nice and was a good lecturer, but there is simply too much information to do well. It is all transcription factors and molecular signalling. The entire course is memorizing. Nothing is intuitive or easy to remember. I have never felt overwhelmed by a course like I do with this one. It is the hardest class I have ever taken. It literally made me cry.

One of the worst classes I've taken at Guelph. Hahnel was awful as a prof, I've heard it's better when Armstrong is teaching it.

take this course if you enjoy boring out your eye sockets with power drills. that's what it feels like. taking anatomy before hand is a good idea.

Tests are awkward, with fill-in-the-blanks and matching. A lot of material covered - you have to keep up with it.
