An introduction to comparative, topographical anatomy, primarily of 4 domestic mammals: cat, dog, horse and cow. Full dissections of these species are related to the living animal and to imaging, to form the basis for future studies in clinical morphology. Students are first introduced to the major anatomical systems and then to the regions in detail: thorax, abdomen, pelvis and perineum, limbs, and head and neck.
